Responsibilities: Provide an exceptional service to our clients and customers Perform the tasks assigned by the client or supervisors Monitor, maintain, and inspect facilities Enforce any rules or regulations in accordance with policy Respond to incidents, gather information, and document Request emergency personnel in high-risk situations Specialized Hospital Security Training is a requirement: De-escalation and Crisis Intervention techniques, particularly for individuals impacted by mental health, substance abuse, or homelessness. Behavioral Health Awareness, ensuring respectful, empathetic, and safe engagement with at-risk patients and visitors. Medical Facility Protocols, including training on HIPAA compliance, pharmacy control, and emergency room safety practices. Qualifications: Valid BSIS Guard Card is required. A valid Driver's License with clean driving record. Possesses a high school education or equivalent (GED). Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays 4 years of security experience Pay rate and work hours will be discussed during the interview process.
