Our entire leadership team is a combination of PTs and OTs who regularly treat patients, so we understand the issues you face every day.Job DescriptionSportsCare & Armworks is excited to welcome a dedicated and motivated Occupational or Physical therapist to join our large hand team with an enthusiastic attitude to grow and develop their skills as a hand therapist in our Clackamas clinic location for immediate hire. We are proud to offer a mentorship program for Occupational or Physical therapists who are interested in becoming a CHT. We have a well-defined and proven mentorship program that has allowed us to walk alongside 1-2 therapists a year over the past 10 years to achieve their CHT goal!Qualifications Graduate from an accredited college with an AOTA curriculum. Current state of OR occupational therapy license, current CHT license, CPR certification. Experience in splinting preferred, or a strong willingness to learn splinting techniques. A therapist who is a coach, guide, and educator for their patients. Excellent patient care and communication skills with the ability to multitask while providing an exceptional experience for anyone who enters the clinic. A passion for occupational therapy, hand therapy, and patient care. Enjoys working in a dynamic and multi therapist team environment. Additional InformationSalary Range: $93,000 - $109,000, dependent upon hand therapy experiencePlease note that there is a different salary scale for non-CHTs.
