You will find a fulfilling career at MSM !The Section of Maternal Fetal Medicine within the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, is actively recruiting.Successful candidates should be board certified or board eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine and eligible for a medical license in the State of Georgia. The section is seeking to add an additional full-time faculty member to continue its growth and increase research productivity.Applicants must demonstrate excellent qualifications in graduate and undergraduate medical education levels as well as in clinical care. The candidate will be active clinically in our safety-net hospital and in our clinical faculty practice. Time will be allocated based on the clinical needs of the department. The candidate will be expected to provide clinical care to include obstetrics and gynecologic services with a focus on the medical and surgical management of high-risk pregnancies, including comprehensive ultrasound, birth defects, genetic testing, and fetal surgery at designated sites and participate in on-call duties as assigned.Outpatient Services will be provided at Grady Hospital and other facilities. Outpatient services will be allocated based on the clinical needs of the department. Candidate will be expected to provide clinical care and other duties as assigned.Candidate will be expected to obtain and maintain hospital privileges at all partnering institutions.Pre-Employment/Employment RequirementsAll offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of all pre-employment screenings.ImmunizationImmunization RequirementsIt is MSM’s Immunization policy that all Prospective Employees are encouraged to provide proof that they are vaccinated against COVID -19 prior to commencement of employment.
