The impact you'll make in this role: As an Accounts Receivable And Disputes Sr. Analyst you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Leading end-to-end customer issue resolution management handling issues related to billing, quality and service complaints, disputes, returns, financial adjustments and collection activities to secure timely payment. Partnering with customers and internal contacts to resolve 3M end-to-end cir activities, ensuring data accuracy, timely response and proactive problem solving. Communicating clearly through email and telephone interactions. Driving vigorous collection activities on past due accounts within generally defined credit policies and procedures, determines and corrects billing errors, manages invoice processing cycle times, and optimizes processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Implementing creative solutions for moderate to complex issues, demonstrating skills and knowledge in financial statement analysis, negotiation, and credit and financial counsel principles. Your skills and expertise: To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) Three (3) years of experience within a finance, ar/collections, analytics, pricing, customer service role or related field in a private, public, government or military environment Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Experience with Excel including familiarity with conditional formulas, vlookup and pivot tables Experience with Power BI, Access, and automation tools Ability to complete repetitive tasks in a timely manner and to keep track of ongoing pending requests Ability to communicate in writing and verbally using local languages Intermediate to advanced excel and data analysis skillset Experience in ERP and CRM systems (SAP and Salesforce) Experienced with cross-functional project leadership preferred Self-motivated, and able to work effectively, in cross-functional groups, and with internal and external customers Ability to resolve conflicts effectively and take the initiative to resolve issues before they become problems Ability to follow through with commitments and show concern for the needs of others Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills Clear and conceptual thinking ability; excellent judgment and discretion Prefers to stay busy with a full workload and enjoys meeting challenges Ability to handle work-related stress; handle multiple priorities simultaneously; and meet deadlines Work location: This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week at the 3M center in Maplewood, MN.
