Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Cypress, TX Temp to hire Pay: $17.00 per hour This is not a remote position, it's in the office. Duties Provide exceptionally engaging service and technical support to customers. Manage the front window - tasked with walk-in customer payment processing. Handle incoming calls and create work orders for service investigation as needed. Assist with tap processing obtaining quotes, collecting fees, scheduling installations of taps and meters, collecting meter information and relating to corresponding personnel for system updates. Properly handle a diverse set of customer requests and inquiries, accurately. Properly document all customer interactions. Qualifications Must be fluent in English and Spanish. Minimum of one year of Call Center experience is a plus. Ability to follow directions and work independently. Exceptional work ethic, time management skills, and a demonstrated commitment to teamwork.
