Manage subcontractors, procurement, and field coordination to ensure seamless execution. Oversee PEMB erection, sequencing, and quality control. Collaborate closely with superintendents, design teams, and trade partners. Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Maintain strong communication with clients and ensure project milestones are met. Drive project closeout, turnover, and client satisfaction. Strong understanding of pre-engineered metal building systems and erection processes. Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar).
