Golden Peanut in Dawson GA (Refinery) is Seeking a Product Loader We have an immediate opening! Golden Peanut in Dawson GA (Refinery) is seeking a Product Loader that is reliable and wants to grow a lasting career. This is a full-time, hourly W2 position. Schedule: This schedule will rotate one week of days and one week of nights and include holidays and weekends in the rotation. Typically, a 2/2/3 schedule where you have some weekdays and some weekends off. 1012-hour shifts. Pay: $18.00 hourly with a $1.50 shift differential when on nights. We care about our people. Perform other duties assigned by supervisor or lead persons What we are looking for from you: A positive attitude and team mindset Detail oriented and highly organized with the ability to maintain required paperwork Previous experience with PLC is a plus Able to lift 45-50lbs unassisted Able to take phone calls and relay and document details accurately A desire to learn various operations and grow with the company Focus on Safety- Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero-injury culture: to understand and follow all company safety procedure and use of PPE Ability to understand and effectively communicate in English (verbal/written) A high school diploma or GED That you are at least 18 years of age or older The ability to work overtime and be on call as needed including weekends That you maintain excellent attendance (being on time, working when scheduled, staying until your shift ends) Demonstrates the ability to be observant and to address concerns that may arise Previous experience in a factory setting is preferred The ability to work above ground level on grated flooring and climb stairs/ladders Please make sure to include your updated resume or full work history in your application.
