Observe and report any changes in patients' physical or emotional conditions to nursing staff promptly. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for patients, adhering to infection control and safety protocols. Support patients emotionally by offering companionship and responding to their needs with empathy and respect. Assist nursing staff with medical procedures and documentation as required. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies at all times.
