No Weekends, No Holidays. Location: Any of the Central Florida Division's Radiology Clinics: Orlando, East Orlando, Winter Park, Altamonte Springs, Kissimmee, Celebration, Lake Nona, Winter Garden based on staffing needs Background in Oncology is a plus Documents all procedures and assessments accurately and thoroughly in the electronic medical record (EMR) system. Reports patient status, interventions, and outcomes to the appropriate healthcare team members in a timely manner. Ensures all documentation complies with department policies, local, state, and federal regulations, and accrediting body standards. Completes admission assessments, including pain screening and follow-up evaluations. Records patient history, including medical, social, and family history, as well as current medications and allergies.
