If so, let's start the conversation.Job SummaryIron Mountain is seeking a motivated and analytical Logistics Engineer Intern to join our Warehouse & Logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting solution design for new customer operational designs and implementations and driving operational excellence through data-driven process improvements across our facilities.What You'll DoIn this role, you will: Support solution design and engineering activities by reviewing data to translate operational criteria into optimized equipment, process, and technology recommendations for new customers. Collaborate with the U.S. Operations and Solution Design teams to build automation into current design processes and implement AI recommendations that optimize calculations for warehouse activities. Ensure compliance with organizational standards by contributing to Continuous Improvement Programs, analyzing facility layouts, and improving material flow to increase site productivity. What You'll BringThe ideal candidate will have: Current enrollment as a rising JuniorGraduating May 2028 or December 2028 pursuing a bachelor's degree only in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Management. U.S. Citizenship Status: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and for the full duration of the internship. Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies and a high level of comfort with analytics and optimization tools used in logistics and warehouse/distribution centers environments. Proven ability in data analysis and problem-solving, with a focus on translating complex data sets into actionable engineering methods. A proactive mindset with an interest in a long-term career path toward an Analyst role within logistics. What We Offer Salary details: $27 per hour. Internship Start Dates : May 27, 2026- August 7, 2026 potential for 12 week program extension at end of program. Shifts: Standard business hours (Monday - Friday). Opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth through direct mentorship with the hiring manager. Location: Community internship program model based in Boston, MA but open to Wind Gap, PA; or Atlanta, GA.
