HR Generalist Are you an experienced Human Resources (HR) Generalist looking to join an organization with a collaborative, supportive, and team-oriented culture? What You'll Do: Assist with the administration and implementation of HR-related programs, policies, and practices of the company. Administer programs and processes such as the employment process, new hire benefit elections and education, compliance programs, and training. Develop and propose improvements to policies, programs, and procedures to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of HR services and create a high level of customer service. Support company efforts to ensure compliance with Federal, State, and other applicable requirements to include ERISA, HIPAA, OFCCP, EEO, COBRA, FMLA, and FLSA. Partner with assigned business units to manage annual human resource processes and bring value to the business. Counsel employees on career path and development opportunities, establish policies/procedures, and other HR related matters. Help facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes.
