Join Our Caring Community and Help Us Put Health First You will report to the Center Administrator and work in an onsite outpatient clinic environment at our Seneca location. Responsibilities include: Interacting appropriately with patients and recording information while greeting, checking-in, checking-out or scheduling appointments for patients. Utilizing computer equipment and programs to add new patient information, print out relevant forms for processing and schedule appointments. Answering telephones, taking detailed and accurate messages, and ensuring messages are directed to the appropriate individual. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. 1 year or more of experience working in a Healthcare setting preferred, but will consider candidates with a Customer Service background in Retail, Hospitality or Call Centers. This role is considered patient facing and is part of the company's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB. Preferred Qualifications: Value-based care model experience. Knowledge of Medical Terminology. Experience with EMR Systems (Electronic Medical Records). Bilingual in English and Spanish. Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Pay Range: $38,000 - $45,800 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
