Field Service Power Generation Technician

DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for a talented Field Service Power Generation Technician/Mechanic to join our Distribution Business in Fenton, MO.(Will be relocating to Pontoon Beach, IL location next year)In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Completing repair activities on generators or components Engaging with customers in a courteous and professional manner Perform maintenance/repairs utilizing diagnostic tools Maintain detailed records of service Adhere to Cummins Health, Safety & Environmental policies Ongoing development/certifications on new and existing Cummins products Maintain own tools RESPONSIBILITIESIn order to be successful in this role you will need the following: Broad mechanical and electrical repair and maintenance abilities. High Voltage / Low Voltage experience. Capable of electrical repair and maintenance with minimal supervision - hands on exposure to working on power generation products. Basic Diesel Engine experience. Proficient troubleshooting and repairs of generators, transfer switches, and auxiliary components. Able to perform repairs on ATS systems and able to perform commissioning on a new ATS installation. Compensation and Benefits BaseSalary rate commensurate with experience.
