Job Description: Class A CDL Drivers for Amazon Freight Partner (5 days a week, $23.50) Compensation: $23.50 per hour Time and a half after 40 hours Weekly pay Benefits Consistent Weekly Schedule Location: Phoenix, Arizona T4M Logistics, Inc is hiring full-time, motivated Class A CDL Short Haul Drivers with a clean driving record for its Amazon Freight Partner program. We are a local small business with the benefits of a large company. We haul exclusively for Amazon and are making on-the-spot job offers contingent on meeting eligibility and background check requirements. Position Overview: As a CDL Class A Driver at T4M Logistics, Inc, you will play a crucial role in our mission to exceed customer expectations. We are seeking individuals who are not only skilled behind the wheel but also dedicated to maintaining the highest safety standards both on and off the road. What you'll do: Haul Amazon loads (primarily no touch freight) using sleeper cabs equipped with state of the art technology Service round-trip routes on 65 hour shifts (13 hour run-10 hour break-13 hour run, etc), home for 2 consecutive days after your work week is over. Play an important and respected role in keeping Amazon's commitment to exceed customer expectations and deliver packages on time and at the right place. Execute safe, on-time deliveries between Amazon facilities Maintain compliance with DOT, Amazon, and company safety standards Utilize electronic logging devices (ELD) and Amazon technology Key Responsibilities: - Safely operate and maintain a Class A commercial vehicle. - Adhere to strict safety regulations and protocols. - Deliver goods to our valued customers on time and in pristine condition. - Interact with customers in a positive and professional manner. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of deliveries Why you'll love working for an Amazon Freight Partner: Consistent Schedules: You will work 5 shifts per week with consistent work all year.
