Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages. Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions following current evidence-based guidelines. Promote preventive health practices and educate patients on disease prevention and wellness. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care. Participate in the ongoing development and enhancement of primary care programs and initiatives. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record system.
