For additional information, please contact [email protected].Title: Fan Services RepresentativeDepartment: Security & Guest ServicesStatus: Part-Time, SeasonalPay Rate: $25.00 - $27.00/hourReports to: Manager, Fan ServicesCompensation rates vary based on job-related factors, including experience, job skills, education, and training.The Fan Services Representative will be responsible for greeting fans and directing them throughout Dodger Stadium. Additionally, they will be responsible for distributing information and receiving, routing and resolving incoming fan comments and concerns. The Representatives will take the lead on communicating and forging relationships with Dodger fans.Essential Duties/Responsibilities:Greet guests and provide them with Dodger Stadium information (directions, club history, policies and procedures, etc.)Address guests' concerns, complaints and compliments in a professional and timely mannerInput and track all applicable data provided by fans into customer service systemEnsure concerns are addressed and communicated to managementWork closely with all other departments to resolve issuesProvide excellent customer service to internal and external customers to ensure positive interaction as it relates to the fan experienceProvide random acts of kindness for our guests, especially children and those visiting Dodger Stadium for special occasions to provide positive, lasting memoriesPerform related duties as assignedBasic Requirements/Qualifications:High school diploma, GED or equivalentMinimum two to three years' work experience in customer servicePossess strong listening skills including the ability to empathize with our guests and people in our communityMaintain a positive outlook that demonstrates approachability and friendlinessDemonstrate excellent oral and written communication skillsPossess excellent organizational record keeping and planning skillsProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is a plusAbility to read and communicate effectively in English, multilingual is a plus (fluency in Spanish, Korean, Chinese or Japanese is preferred)Ability to stand for entire four (4) to seven (7) hour per shift; walk; reach with hands and arms and occasionally lifting up to 25 poundsAbility to work evenings, nights and holidays as neededCurrent Los Angeles Dodgers employees should apply via the internal job board in UltiPro by following these prompts:MENU > MYSELF > MY COMPANY > VIEW OPPORTUNITIES > select the position > CONSENT > APPLY NOWLOS ANGELES DODGERS LLC is an equal opportunity employer.LOS ANGELES DODGERS LLC is firmly committed to providing equal opportunity for all qualified applicants from every race, creed, and background.
