Senior Level Grants Analyst ProSidian seeks a Senior Level Grants Analyst for program support on a contract basis located in Charlotte, NC, across the Mid Atlantic Region supporting strategic delivery of Government and Public Services Sector Human Capital Solutions through Temporary Help Services and Recruiting/Staff Augmentation capabilities for the City of Charlotte (COC). Seeking Senior Level Grants Analyst candidates with relevant Government And Public Services Sector experience to support professional services engagement for Government And Public Services Sector Clients such as COC. This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Grants Analyst Functional Area Professional - Staffing Augmentation and Recruiting Services Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position. Provide services and support as a Staffing Augmentation and Recruiting Services (Senior Level Grants Analyst) in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as City of Charlotte (COC) | Charlotte Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (CCPA). Generally located in CONUS - Charlotte, NC and across the Mid Atlantic Region (of country/world). Responsibilities and duties - Senior Level Grants Analyst | Grants Analyst: Manage grant applications, budgets, and reporting. Ensure compliance with funding requirements. Liaise with funders and program managers. Desired qualifications for Senior Level Grants Analyst: 5+ years in grants management. Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in public administration, finance, or related field. Skills required: Grant compliance, budgeting, reporting tools. Competencies required: Organization, accuracy, relationship management. Ancillary details of the roles: Coordinates multiple grants simultaneously. Leads grant audit processes. Other details: May supervise grant support staff.
