Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills • Minimum10+ years of development experience on the Salesforce platform • Experience in salesforce Implementation for a Healthcare/Life science customer • Experience in Health cloud/ Life Science Cloud implementation • Minimum 5 + years’ experience leading Enterprise Salesforce implementation with over 300 users with integration with enterprise applications like Oracle, Sap etc. • Participation in each phase of full Salesforce.com lifecycle implementations • In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce • Understands web services and other technologies that can be used to transport data in an enterprise environment and interact with Salesforce.com • Experienced in defining systems strategy and requirements, designing and prototyping, planning testing, and supporting training efforts • Experience in Salesforce environment strategy and DevOps process • Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD tool and best practices Roles & Responsibilities • Responsible for designing scalable, secure architecture within Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud to support the Patient Central CRM vision (in close collaboration and alignment with customer Solution Architect, Integration SME and IT Security). • Design end-to-end architecture and workflows in Salesforce. • Collaborate with customer Solution Architect and IT Security to ensure compliance, scalability, and security (HIPAA, GDPR). • Recommend design options for CTI integration, data ingestion (file feed) • Define strategies for handling patient consent, preferences, and notification overrides. • Provide architectural oversight for integration of communication templates, scheduling logic, and kit work order tracking. • Collaborate with Technical Architect on technical feasibility and platform constraints. • Participate in data mapping and process modelling for ingestion flows and visit schedules. • Design notification and reminder engine architecture within Patient Central. • Ensure adherence to the coding standards and best practices by the development team for the program. • Validate architecture for AI-readiness for future enhancements.TCS Employee Benefits Summary: Discretionary Annual Incentive.
