IS Procurement Administrator The IS Procurement Administrator is responsible for procurement of technology equipment, software licenses, and maintenance agreements and for the billing of hardware and software purchases. This position negotiates and renews maintenance contracts, recommends best equipment for purchase, and purchases sufficient software licenses and equipment. The IS Procurement Administrator prepares periodic reports on inventory and purchase orders for hardware and software. This position is responsible for maintaining relationships with technology vendors on behalf of IS and coordinating with IS associates concerning their equipment and maintenance requirements. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for the procurement of technology equipment, including servers, desktop and laptop computers, networking related equipment, and peripherals, software licenses, and maintenance agreements. Ensures an adequate inventory of needed equipment and service agreements to meet IS needs. Based on technical parameters and requirements set by the IS team, researches and recommends best equipment for purchase based on IS needs and pricing, with final purchase decision determined by IS leadership. Responsible for software licenses, ensuring sufficient software licenses are purchased. Conducts license audit on company owned software to ensure license compliance with software manufacturers' agreements. Handles billing related to hardware and software purchases in coordination with the Accounting department. Creates purchase orders for hardware and software. Prepares chargebacks for company's technology equipment. Collaborates with Accounting to resolve any accounting-related issues. Audits vendor accounts for discrepancies. Identifies errors in billings and collects refunds from vendors. Prepares detailed inventory reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Maintains accurate record of IS equipment and software inventory Provides expertise on the procurement of equipment and software for IS projects as needed. Assists with special projects as requested. Schedules for meetings as needed and provides support related to department workflow. Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position. Pay Range : P2: $72,500- $101,500 / Annual Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
