Circuit Board Masking Location: Clear Lake, WI Pay: $15.00/hour Schedule: Monday - Friday 10pm-8am | Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Job Overview: This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a company known for its positive workplace culture, community involvement, and regular staff appreciation activities like BBQs, potlucks, and raffles. As a Masking Technician, youll play a key role in ensuring successful production by applying protective masking before parylene coating is applied. This position is ideal for someone with good hand dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Your precision and care directly impact the success of customer orders and overall production quality.
