Check out our website: Home - Fortis Position Summary We are seeking an HR Generalist to support full-cycle human resources operations within Select Home Health and Hospice. This role ensures compliance with state licensing requirements and Medicare Conditions of Participation while partnering with clinical and operational leadership to maintain survey readiness, strengthen workforce development, and uphold regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Oversee new hire onboarding and orientation processes, including credential verification and personnel file compliance. Maintain survey-ready employee files and training records Support employee relations, policy administration, and benefits coordination Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and CMS regulations Track required training, competency validation, and continuing education Utilize HRIS and HCHB systems for reporting, credentialing, and compliance oversight Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent experience 2+ years HR experience, preferably in home health, hospice, or healthcare Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance-driven HR practices Detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills Disclaimer: This description outlines the general nature and level of work expected of the HR Generalist position.
