Responsibilities: Coordinate industry days. Develop requirements documents, to include market research reports, work statements, contract data requirements lists (CDRL), contract line item numbers (CLIN), DD-254s, acquisition plans, source selection plans, justifications & approvals, and determinations & findings for activities approval by the government. Provide administrative source selection support. Administer contracts, to include preparation of procurement requests, modification requests, technical direction letters/technical instructions, and tracking obligations/expenditures, and deliverables. CA Pay Transparency Salary Range: $170K - $190K. Qualifications: Master's degree Ten (10) or more years of professional contract management support experience Possess top secret/SCI clearance DAWIA level III in program management or similar (e.g. PMP) DoD contract management experience working with FAR/DFARS/NMCARS contracts management for Navy or DoD programs and major acquisition program contracts Three (3) years of direct support to a Navy organization performing systems acquisition ACAT I or II experience
