ResponsibilitiesConduct in-person estimates for residential and commercial painting and drywall projects across Massachusetts and New Hampshire.Assess project scope, measurements, materials, and labor costs to provide accurate and competitive quotes.Close deals on-site whenever possible and follow up on pending proposals via phone, text, and email.Manage a daily schedule of appointments and efficiently plan travel routes.Perform outbound sales and follow-ups during off-time to convert leads into appointments.Educate customers on our services, warranty options, and what makes Paint Bros MA the best choice.Maintain detailed records in our CRM system, tracking all estimates, customer interactions, and closed deals.Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth project handoffs and customer satisfaction.RequirementsProven experience in sales or estimating, preferably in painting, drywall, or a related trade.Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (daily travel required).Ability to work full-time, including occasional evenings and weekends as needed.Excellent communication and closing skills ability to build trust and guide customers to a decision.Highly organized and tech-savvy, comfortable using CRM systems and digital estimating tools.Self-motivated with a strong work ethic driven to hit and exceed sales targets.Compensation & BenefitsOn-Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000+ (Base Salary + Commission)Company-provided leads with a high close rate potentialPaid training and ongoing professional developmentMassive opportunity for growth in a rapidly scaling companyIf you are a motivated sales professional with estimating experience and a passion for closing deals, we want to hear from you!paintprosma.com recblid ccq70ekldzo17bjkuar34u5hjfxcbr
