Human Resources Specialist MACPAC, a non-partisan legislative branch agency that advises the U.S. Congress on Medicaid and CHIP policy issues, is seeking a Human Resources Specialist. The Human Resources Specialist (HRS) supports HR and facilities operations at MACPAC and works directly with the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to manage personnel actions, employee onboarding and separations, records, policies, and administrative support.
