The Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides compassionate personal care and support to patients with life-limiting illnesses in homes or care facilities. Works under the supervision of a Client  Care Mangers  to promote comfort, dignity, and quality of life.Key Responsibilities: Provide personal care: bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, feeding. Assist with mobility, transfers, positioning, and comfort measures. Take and report vital signs and changes in patient status. Maintain clean, safe environments and follow infection control practices. Offer emotional support to patients and families. Document care and communicate with the RN and care team. Qualifications: Active state CNA certification.
