Administrative Assistant (Contract) This Administrative Assistant Contractor will play a critical role in coordinating support of processing operations. This position requires strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a high-volume, deadline driven environment. Specialize in real and personal property tax consulting, property tax compliance, and sales & use tax consulting. Administrative Assistant (Contract) Details: Contract position $ 17.00 to $ 20.00 / hour First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm) Contract until May 31st, 2026 (potential extension/W2 opportunity) Dress code is business casual, no tennis shoes Full-Time Onsite position Minimal phone answering, not client facing Responsibilities Including but not limited to: Processing preparation of routing forms, filing instructions, cover letters and returns as directed by consultants; as well as preparation of returns for mailing according to assigned method Mail Incoming: date stamp, sort, scan and distribute amongst team as assigned Mail Outgoing: review, prep and drop mailings to post office for daily delivery Filing management of physical files, including filing away completed documents as assigned and maintenance of overall organization of internal filing systems Supply Inventory - oversee organization of office supplies and act as liaison between internal team and office manager for supply requests General Office Upkeep maintain routine to ensure printer and review table supplies are in proper order Team Lunches Oversee ordering of meals for in office meetings as requested and maintain book of partnering vendors Instruction Writing maintain up to date process instructions for role and responsibilities LinkedIn support and complete company initiatives across LinkedIn Administrative Assistant (Contract) Qualifications: Previous experience in administrative or clerical support -tax industry experience is a plus Dependable, self-motivated, and professional solutions-driven demeanor Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with accuracy Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) Project management experience preferred Leadership experience preferred Mail sorting experience preferred Adobe Experience Preferred High School Diploma, with relevant role experience We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
