Just fill out an application, and we'll reach out to you afterward. Location for Open Interviews: 1501 Cherry Street, Erie, PA 16502 We are hiring for 2nd and 3rd shifts! Responsibilities: Safely grind parts. Conduct quality inspections to confirm that iron meets specifications. Remove gating and sprue from castings, ensuring no hammer marks are left. Sort through a large volume of scrap castings and notify supervisors of any issues. Ensure all castings are moved from sorting conveyor lines to the appropriate containers. Operate a Cleaning Press and small punch press while avoiding errors. Utilize a cut-off saw and hydraulic wedger effectively. Operate a small cleaning machine. Use a Tennant sweeper to maintain clean shop floors. Perform other assigned duties as needed. Who You Are: You leverage diverse experiences and perspectives to achieve better results. You organize activities with clear milestones and timelines. You also establish clear roles and processes for work monitoring and result measurement. Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent. Ability to read and perform basic math functions. Capacity to meet physical requirements including standing, lifting, walking, and bending. Willingness to operate equipment safely. Authorized to work in the United States legally.
