Marketing Intern - Corporate Services (Summer 2026) Internships and Co-Ops at Gresham Smith provide students with the opportunity to develop real-world skills in an environment that supports personal and professional growth. As a Marketing Intern, you'll work alongside experienced Marketing team members to gain hands-on exposure to the how the marketing field is applied to creating winning deliverables, applying classroom knowledge, building technical skills, and learning how multidisciplinary teams collaborate. Many of our interns have gone on to continue their careers with us as full-time employees after graduation. Responsibilities Support the marketing team in producing proposals and qualifications through kick off coordination, Pursuit Outline development, scheduling, incorporating document revisions, etc. Assist in assembling and preparing materials for external client presentations and interviews Collaborate with the marketing team on event planning, promotions and other projects. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and support brainstorming sessions for creative ideas. Attend capture planning, W2W sessions, PR and photography Manage and organize information in CRM Assist in maintaining resources & information systems: Vantagepoint and OpenAsset Minimum Qualifications Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude. Potential Hourly Range: $18.00 - $32.00 per hour based on discipline, school year completed, knowledge, skills, and experience related to the open internship position. The disclosed range estimate, unadjusted for location-based differences, may vary where the position is filled.
