Service Sales Representative As a Service Sales Representative, you will be crucial to our business by expanding ALC's customer base and working to exceed sales targets. We are looking for a team member who is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building relationships, has outstanding customer service skills, and has demonstrated a passion for service. This role will provide you with the opportunity to learn and develop skills essential for a successful sales career. Essential Job Responsibilities: Manage and grow assigned territory and group of accounts. Achieve or exceed annual sales and gross margin targets. Develop long-term relationships and build partnerships with assigned accounts. Position Automated Logic (ALC) as the preferred BAS controls provider. Tailor ALC's service solutions to match the customers' technical and business requirements to deliver unmatched value. Utilize sales tools effectively to plan and document progress as well as increase business opportunities within accounts. Maintain current service agreements, while actively pursuing new agreements. Generate a high level of activity to feed the sales pipeline and manage opportunities to successfully move them through the sales cycle to close. Collaborate and communicate effectively with external customers and internal staff to deliver quality results and ensure customer satisfaction. Act as customers' advocate. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED 2+ years of service sales or service agreement direct sales experience Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Business, Accounting, or related field. 3+ years of HVAC controls or building automation sales experience. Experience in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or similar software. Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to successfully work independently. Strong interpersonal skills to be able to connect with customers and other employees. Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications. This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements. The annual salary for this position is $80,750$113,250. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
