Job Title Primary deal coordinator between Capital Markets and Operations for closing all syndicated and sold loans. Job Description Primary deal coordinator between Capital Markets and Operations for closing all syndicated and sold loans. Responsible for processing Amendment, Consent and Waivers and secondary trade activity. Essential Functions Demonstrates working knowledge of a simple transaction in order to input CDM entries accurately and timely. Works closely with Capital Markets Officers in the syndication process and is responsible for activity to close transactions. Primary interface with business partners to address questions and concerns for closing syndicated transactions. Assists in processing secondary trades including secondary selldowns Responsible for processing of amendments, waivers and consents with routine communication with bank groups. Assists in the facilitation of farm credit consolidation activity by working closely with stakeholders and organizing work effort. Assists in the preparation and execution of Master Participation Agreements between CoBank and farm credit institutions with internal Legal division. Assists in updating templates for Participation Certificates and Master Participation Agreements. Education Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline preferred Paralegal certificate preferred Work Experience 2 years of operational and administrative aspects of complex corporate, syndicated, and participated credits; or an appropriate combination of education and experience. required Knowledge of loan documentation, credit practices, processes and procedures. Strong knowledge of CDM data fields specific to Capital Markets. Understand credit reports and loan agreements in order to discern relevant facts and direct workflow. Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to solve problems and identify when to escalate issues. Proven ability to produce work that is timely, accurate and thorough. Excellent detail and customer service orientation. Ability to work independently with minimal guidance, as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and complete regular work and special projects among competing timelines and priorities. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers, and interact with and engage others appropriately at all levels in the organization Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other relevant business applications. About CoBank The typical base pay range for this role is between $70,100 - $80,200. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
