Build and execute category strategies aligned to enterprise financial targets Lead complex negotiations and contract redlining efforts Develop TCO models and financial analyses to support executive decision-making Deliver structured updates to leadership on pipeline performance and value realization Drive supplier governance and performance accountability This is not a transactional procurement role. It requires executive presence, commercial rigor, and the ability to translate data into strategic outcomes. THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS Bachelor`s degree required; MBA preferred 7-10 years of progressive strategic sourcing or procurement experience Demonstrated success leading sourcing initiatives with measurable financial impact Strong contract negotiation and redlining capability Strong Excel skills and financial modeling and spend analysis experience Executive communication and stakeholder influence High accountability, grit, and operational intensity #LI-GS1 #LI-HYBRID
