Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician Lakewood Ranch Golf & Country Club is seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to help maintain the club's buildings, facilities, and grounds. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with maintenance tasks and a strong work ethic, ensuring a safe, clean, and well-functioning environment for members and staff. Key Responsibilities: Perform daily maintenance and repairs on club facilities including minor plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from management, staff, and members. Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team when needed to ensure the club remains in top condition. Maintain tools and equipment in good working order and ensure proper safety procedures are followed. Qualifications: Minimum of two (2) years' experience in general maintenance or a related field. Proficient in basic plumbing, electrical, and facility troubleshooting and repair. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, member-focused environment. Friendly, professional demeanor and the ability to communicate effectively with staff and club members.
