Position: Quality Assurance Analyst PRIMARY PURPOSE: To ensure the highest quality of data and performance of investigative service partners and internal teams through meticulous quality audits of case files or client records, thereby guaranteeing exceptional service delivery and compliance. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES Regularly assess internal, client, or vendor case files for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to service level agreements. Identify trends and recommend opportunities for enhancing service efficiency and quality. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure all critical data elements, such as client demographics and performance guarantees, are accurately documented in our client relationship management system. Compile and present audit results for managerial review. Contribute audit findings to quarterly stewardship reports. Track ongoing action items and project plans in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. Update vendor resources in the mapping program. ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES Perform other duties as assigned. Support the organization's quality initiatives. QUALIFICATIONS Education & Licensing: Preferred candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Experience: Minimum of four (4) years of investigative experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Skills & Knowledge: Excellent oral and written communication abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other PC applications. Strong analytical and interpretive skills. Exceptional organizational capabilities. Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively within a team. Capability to meet or exceed established performance competencies. WORK ENVIRONMENT Consideration will be given to reasonable accommodations when applicable. Mental: Strong conceptual thinking abilities, excellent judgment, troubleshooting, problem solving, power to manage work-related stress, ability to prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. Physical: Computer keyboarding and travel as necessary. Auditory/Visual: Capable of hearing, vision, and speech communication.
