Job Description: The Development Coordinator, Donor Relations and Major Gifts, reports to the Senior Director of Donor Relations and works in close collaboration with the Major Gifts team. This role supports a comprehensive donor experience by providing coordinated stewardship and major gift fundraising support, ensuring timely, thoughtful, and consistent engagement with donors. The position is intentionally structured to support Donor Relations and Major Gifts equally (50/50) and serves as a strong developmental role within Advancement. Key Responsibilities Support donor relations and stewardship programs, including acknowledgments, recognition, impact reporting, and donor communications. Provide administrative and logistical support to Major Gift Officers, including relationship management and visit coordination. Prepare briefing, proposal, solicitation, and stewardship materials using information provided by gift officers and the research team. Support major gift cultivation and stewardship events, including invitations, RSVPs, materials, and reporting. Ensure accurate documentation of donor interactions, proposals, and commitments in the College's database. Assist with donor and alumni engagement and recognition events. Support the management and reporting of endowed, restricted, and capital gifts in alignment with donor intent. The estimated salary is $62,353 per year for 40 hours per week for 52 weeks. Requirements: Bachelor's degree plus three years of relevant experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relational databases. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
