About the RoleAs the Assistant Community Manager at Jubal Square in Winchester, VA, you will play a key role in supporting the Community Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of our apartment community in Winchester, VA. You'll be empowered to make a real impact on residents' experiences and the success of the property.Key Responsibilities Assist the Community Manager in effectively managing the apartment community and accomplishing property objectivesAssume all responsibilities of the Community Manager in their absenceMaintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including accurate reporting of rents and depositsBe knowledgeable in all phases of leasing and resident retentionGreet prospective clients, show the community, and perform leasing duties as neededMaintain a positive customer relations attitude and deliver exceptional serviceThrive in a busy, multi-task work environment-work both independently and as part of a teamWeekend hours required on a rotating basisOther duties as assigned What We're Looking For Two years' experience in Residential Property Management or related fieldAssociate's Degree or equivalent college-level education preferredBasic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, Excel) requiredExperience with Yardi preferredExperience with LIHTC properties preferredSelf-motivated, high energy, and committed to high performanceStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team Please Note: Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
