Join us as a Senior Procedural Training Specialist and play a pivotal role in shaping best-in-class procedural skills programs that empower healthcare professionals and advance patient outcomes. What will you be doing? Lead the design and execution of procedural skills training sessions for Orthopaedic Medical Education events, including cadaveric labs and simulation-based programs. Coordinate surgeon skills training programs at Smith+Nephew events, societies, and S+N Academy meetings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, R&D, Medical Education) to ensure safe and effective use of Smith+Nephew technologies. Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders. Support regional fellowship programs and society partnerships, including grant submissions and event planning. Ensure compliance with global and local regulatory guidelines for all medical education activities. What will you need to be successful? Bachelor's degree (Postgraduate preferred) and 5+ years of experience. Clinical background in an orthopedic surgical setting (Surgical Technician or Registered Nurse experience ideal). Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel up to 75%. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience leading large-scale projects.
