Project Manager - Municipal & K-12 Construction

Project Manager - Municipal & K-12 Construction Lead project delivery for municipal, K-12, higher-ed, CMR, design-build, and commercial projects. Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, buyout, RFIs, submittals, and cost reporting. Partner closely with the Superintendent to ensure alignment between field and office. Run OAC meetings, provide updates, and maintain strong client relationships. Oversee subcontractor management and ensure all documentation is accurate and timely. Identify risks, maintain compliance, and uphold safety and quality standards. Mentor APMs and support staff; promote internal growth and training. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager - Municipal & K-12 Construction should have: Strong PM with experience delivering municipal or other institutional projects. Background in CMR, design-build, K-12, higher education, municipal, or commercial markets. Experience in a reputable General Contractor. Strong communication and client-facing skills; able to lead meetings independently. Team-oriented approach, collaborative mindset, and strong attention to detail. Local to Raleigh or willing to relocate. Full-time onsite-no hybrid/remote. What's on Offer Base salary: $120K-$150K depending on experience. Full healthcare & benefits package. 401(k) program.
