Talent Acquisition Specialist We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist whose primary responsibilities include recruiting, interviewing, vetting, and hiring qualified candidates across a wide range of roles and skill sets, primarily in the Technical and Operations-related arenas. This role is onsite and is based out of our Westerville Corporate office. Duties and Responsibilities: Utilizing Workday to support recruitment and applicant/job description database creation and maintenance Posting job openings on job boards, websites, and other online sources Utilizing social media platforms to find and engage potential candidates Consulting with managers and executives in developing job descriptions, posting the descriptions, utilizing strategies that will ideally increase applicant activity Keeping the manager(s) updated as to search and applicant statuses suggest new tactics, if needed Serving as the point of contact for applicants (and internal managers) for the entire recruiting process and beyond Screening applications/resumes and conducting interviews/operations overviews Relaying submittal notes internally to hiring managers to facilitate an informed decision/assessment for determining the next step including scheduling interviews Continual maintenance of the ongoing Req Status Working with the HR Department and gathering market data to assist the manager in determining salary and perk parameters for offers focusing on internal equity and fair market value/trends Extending offers as needed and collaborating with the hiring manager in the event of counteroffers Other duties as assigned, special projects/research, etc. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to work and excel in a high-energy and fast-paced team environment Have a desire to constantly interact with various personalities, and maintaining solid working relationships with all team members Dependable and Responsible Workday experience preferred Ability to multi-task is required Ability to be comfortable with, and maintaining, a high degree of confidentiality Excellent organization skills and the ability to prioritize Experience in candidate sourcing solutions and strategies Knowledge of relevant employment legislation Education and Experience: Possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent combination of technical training and experience Targeting 7+ years of professional services-related Recruiting experience Knowledge of staffing systems and tools Efficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) Relationships: Reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager and closely interacts with various managers.
