This position requires hands-on labor and is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work and being outside. Applicants must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. Key Responsibilities Perform general labor duties including material handling, loading/unloading, and site cleanup Assist with production or construction-related tasks as directed Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely Follow all safety procedures and job site guidelines Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals Maintain a clean and organized work area Work Environment IMPORTANT: This position is 100% outdoors. Employees will work in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and wind. The work environment is similar to a construction or industrial labor setting and requires physical stamina and reliability.
