Position Title: Executive Administrative Coordinator (IT Leadership Support) Location: Hybrid - Malvern,PA Clearance Requirements: None Position Status: Contract (6 months, possible extension) Position Description: Seeking a proactive Administrative Coordinator to support senior IT leaders in a fast-paced corporate environment. This role focuses on calendar management, meeting and event coordination, travel logistics, and executive administrative support. Ideal candidates are highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism. Core Responsibilities: • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate logistics, and track attendance • Arrange travel, prepare itineraries, and complete expense reports (Concur preferred) • Coordinate events, catering, and meeting logistics • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting materials • Track/order office supplies and support department operations • Assist with administrative workflows and special projects • Serve as a professional liaison supporting IT leadership priorities Required Skills/Education: • 3-5 years of corporate administrative or executive support experience • Strong calendar management, scheduling, and travel coordination skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) • Expense reporting system experience (Concur a plus) • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking ability • High school diploma required; Associate's degree or admin certification preferred About Seneca Resources At Seneca Resources, we are more than just a staffing and consulting firm, we are a trusted career partner.
