Estimator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Construction Estimator to join our team located in Tulsa, OK. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals starting their career in construction management, engineering, or a related field. The Estimator will assist in preparing cost estimates, analyzing project plans, and supporting the preconstruction team to ensure accurate and competitive bids. Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates for construction projects Review project plans, specifications, and related documents Perform quantity take-offs and material counts Solicit and analyze subcontractor and supplier quotes Support senior estimators in bid preparation and proposal development Maintain organized records of estimates, drawings, and bid documents Participate in project handoff meetings with operations teams Track and update historical cost data Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal team membersQualifications Basic understanding of construction methods, materials, and terminology Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite Familiarity with estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Procore, or similar) is a plus Strong mathematical and analytical skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills #IND159 #ZIP
