General Statement of Duties Performs professional management duties involving agency planning and designing of systems; collecting and analyze data for monitoring and compliance and for reporting; does related work as required. Closing Date: This position closes on Monday, March 16, 2026. Essential Duties Must be willing to collaborate and work well with others in a 24/7 operation of Emergency Communications Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills Reviews Police, Fire, and EMS calls for service to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and legal requirements Evaluates call-taker and dispatcher performance for accuracy, professionalism, and protocol adherence Identifies performance trends to provide feedback to staff and collaborates with training section on corrective actions and training needs Supports development and revision of policies, procedures, and call-handling standards Maintains accurate, confidential QA records and supports continuous quality improvement initiatives Good knowledge of techniques in planning, management, and statistical work, and familiarity with forecasting techniques Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff Ability to work with a high degree of independence and to organize work to meet deadlines; familiarity with and ability to use a personal computer. Minimum Qualifications Possession of a bachelor's degree and one (1) year of work experience related to the program or services to which assigned; OR, any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
