Material Handler/ Customer Service Associate Red River Brick, a premier brand of the General Shale network in the Southwest U.S., is seeking a Material Handler/ Customer Service Associate to join our College Station, TX facility. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who is eager to develop in-depth knowledge of our products while supporting both customers and the sales team in the office and the yard. Key Responsibilities: Provide inside sales support and exceptional customer service Process orders, invoicing, and cash sales Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries Enter and maintain accurate data in the SAP system Coordinate with dispatch to schedule truck deliveries (dispatch experience a plus) Collaborate closely with the outside sales team Perform manual handling of product as needed Assist customers and drivers in the brick yard with order pickups Operate a forklift to load and unload materials safely and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard environment Qualifications: 25 years of customer service and/or inside sales experience Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred Strong computer skills; SAP experience a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities Previous forklift experience or ability to become certified preferred Willingness to work both in an office setting and outdoors in a yard environment What We Offer: Competitive salary Comprehensive benefits package
