Winfield School District 34 is a small suburban school district in DuPage County, serving students pre-kindergarten through 8th grade. Students, teachers, and leaders collaborate to provide a personal learning environment that cultivates growth for all members of our school community. We emphasize connections and relationships throughout our programming. QUALIFICATIONS: Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited college or university Proper licensure required CADC certification preferred Proficient with Macs, tablets, and other mobile electronic devices Proficient in Google Apps and cloud-based applications Demonstrated aptitude for the work to be performed Demonstrated aptitude as a self-starter who works with minimal supervision Effective interpersonal skills and written and oral communication skills Effective communication, human relations, and problem solving skills Strong organizational skills Strong orientation toward providing customer service Strong work ethic Ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to work positively and productively with adults and high school age students Salary: Salary range for the position is between $51,422 and $71,707 based on education and years of experienceAPPLICATION PROCEDURE: All materials must be uploaded in order for application to be considered complete: resume, application, three letters of recommendation, and transcripts.
