MACHINE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - MANUFACTURINGDo you thrive in a high-speed manufacturing environment where real troubleshooting skills matter?If you can diagnose, repair, and restore production with confidence and precision, we want you.We're looking for a Machine Maintenance Technician with strong electrical, mechanical, and automation expertise.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGYou'll be the frontline defender of production uptime, responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining automated manufacturing equipment.Electrical (Required) Strong 480V electrical troubleshooting and repair (hands-on) Experience with 3-phase power systems Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics Mechanical Repair and replacement of pulleys, gears, belts, bearings, and mechanical drives Diagnostics on conveyors, motors, gearboxes, and material-handling equipment Automation & Controls PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar) Ability to read Ladder Logic and perform basic logic modifications Work with sensors, relays, I/O, VFDs, and automated systems Hydraulics & Pneumatics Troubleshooting and component replacement Experience with pumps, valves, cylinders, actuators, pressure controls Schedule Must be able to commit to a rotating shift schedule WHAT YOU BRINGThis role is for someone who solves problems-not just swaps parts.
