Accounts Payable Specialist

Accounts Payable Specialist We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to manage day-to-day AP activities for our small but growing company. You will own the full AP cycle, ensure timely and accurate payments, and support month-end close. Responsibilities Manage the full AP process: invoice entry, coding, approvals, and payment runs Maintain AP inbox and respond to vendor inquiries Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Assist with month-end close, AP accruals, and reporting Maintain accurate AP records and vendor data Support process improvements and system efficiencies in Sage Intacct Requirements 25 years AP or accounting experience Proficiency with Sage Intacct is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Solid understanding of AP workflows and basic accounting Strong communication skills and ability to work in a small-team environment
