We are hiring a Guest Service Specialist (Front Desk Associate) to provide warm, professional guest experience in a polished, people-first salon environment. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in customer service, hospitality, reception, retail, or community-facing roles who enjoy building relationships and being part of a consistent team. What You'll Do Welcome guests and create a calm, friendly first impression Manage check-ins, check-outs, and appointment scheduling Offer beverages, retail product suggestions, and add-on services Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and retail area Contribute to a well-kept, guest-ready salon as part of a supportive team environment. What We're Looking For Customer service, hospitality, retail, or receptionist experience preferred Strong communication skills and a dependable, team-oriented mindset Ability to multitask in a steady, guest-focused environment Basic computer and scheduling system comfort Availability for nights and weekends Qualifications & Work Environment Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Basic to intermediate computer skills Availability to work nights and weekends High school diploma or equivalent; guest service or retail experience preferred but not required This role requires standing for extended periods and light physical activity typical of a salon environment.
