This role bridges Finance, Compliance, and Technology teams to ensure timely, accurate, and scalable regulatory reporting capabilities. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology. 5+ years in U.S. regulatory reporting, banking, or financial services. Strong knowledge of reports like Y-9C, 2052a, Y-14, Call Reports, etc. Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies; SAFe or PMP a plus. Familiarity with SQL, big data platforms (Hadoop, Cornerstone), and tools like AxiomSL (Adenza) or Nasdaq. Experience across IT disciplines (infra, dev, data analytics). Key Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines. Comfortable leading conversations with technical and business leaders. Preferred: Experience with financial data architecture and cloud migration. Background in regulatory transformation or finance modernization projects.
