About the Job Subject Tutoring: Math or English skills required ACT/SAT: In order to ensure that our students have a successful educational experience, our teachers are required to go through intensive initial and ongoing training with the Huntington teaching methods and our highly developed curriculum. Training - Huntington offers continual, paid tutor training. Experienced teachers and professionals appreciate Huntington curriculum and techniques. Students - Exam Preparation Students are mainly 9th-12th graders preparing for the SAT or ACT. On occasion, we have other students preparing to take other entry level exams such as the ASVAB, GMAT and GED. All students receive 1:1 instruction. No lesson plans to develop - We have a curriculum already planned for the student. Teachers walk into the Center and begin teaching! Year-Round Flexible Hours - After-school and summer hours adapt to meet a changing schedule. No preparation is needed, so this is an ideal part-time job.
