Whether youre diagnosing a sleep condition or monitoring health at home, precision healthcare begins with better dataJob Description:Happy Health is seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Operations Associate to support our clinical team. In this role, you'll ensure seamless patient care by managing the full lifecycle of patient appointments, from chart preparation to post-visit order fulfillment, while collaborating across Operations, Clinical, and Insurance teams to drive Happy Health's mission forward.Responsibilities:Prepare and maintain accurate patient charts before and after clinician appointments, ensuring clinicians have everything they need for exceptional care deliveryProcess and coordinate timely orders for Home Sleep Tests, CPAP machines and equipment, Oral Appliance Therapy, and other clinical necessities to support patient therapiesServe as point of contact for patient inquiries through CRM (Tellescope), providing clear and professional guidancePartner closely with Care Coordinators to eliminate friction points and ensure patients experience smooth, supported transitions as they begin CPAP or Oral Appliance TherapyProcess refill requestsPartner with insurance and credentialing teams to streamline administrative processes and collect payment, as neededManage incoming and outgoing faxes through Happy Healths EHR (Healthie)Other duties as assignedQualifications:Strong attention to detailExcellent communication skills with a focus on thorough explanations through email, text, and phone callsAbility to build rapport with patients remotely Strong customer service experienceSelf-motivated with strong time management and organizational skillsRequirements: 2 years of experience working in a physician practice settingMust reside in the United StatesHappy Health is an equal opportunity employer.
